The Marketplace Leadership track of the Christian Leadership College is designed to develop, equip and encourage men and women who are called by God to leadership roles in the marketplace.Marketplace leaders are defined as those who own or manage a business or organization and professionals who, by the nature of their work, have profound influence on people and culture. Our desire is to help marketplace leaders maximize their impact for Christ in their spheres of influence.

Marketplace Leadership is a non-certificate program offered by the CLC.
Core Courses in Marketplace Leadership
The core courses are taught by highly qualified instructors who either hold advanced degrees or have considerable experience in the areas in which they teach. Courses may be taken at the special times offered for Marketplace leaders or as offered during the regular CLC schedule.Marketplace Leadership Seminar Series
Multiple seminars will be offered for marketplace leaders each year. These events are designed to further develop marketplace skills, build leadership capacity, expose leaders to innovative and cutting edge ideas. The seminars will also enhance the spiritual well being of the leaders. All seminars will be presented from a Christian worldview.The seminars will be highly interactive and practical to real life situations faced by marketplace leaders. Each seminar will allow time for marketplace leaders to consider how to implement and apply what is presented in their own situations.
Peer Coaching
The Marketplace Leadership track provides all participants with the opportunity to be part of a Peer Coaching Group that meets monthly. These groups provide marketplace leaders the benefit of interacting with one another for encouragement, support, counsel, personal growth, problem solving and brainstorming.Marketplace leaders will join a group of 5 to 7 other leaders who work in similar professions or marketplace environments. A skilled marketplace leader will serve as the organizer and facilitator for each Peer Coaching Group. The groups will meet monthly and stay together for approximately one year.
