Recognizing a need for exceptional missionary preparation while allowing for more rapid deployment, the Christian Leadership College meets a great need in the world of missions today by striking a balance between missional urgency and effective equipping.Missions candidates receive an excellent Biblical foundation as they prepare for the field and are able to be quickly mobilized to service, due in part, to the CLC's nine-month missions emphasis program. The CLC provides a great preparation solution that fulfills the entrance requirements of most mission organizations.

General Requirements
To earn a Certificate of Christian Leadership with a Missions Emphasis, candidates must:Successfully complete all required courses
Participate in Cross-cultural training carried out as a team to further cohesiveness of a team-based ministry
Meet regularly with a mentor to study spiritual disciplines and explore what constitutes emotional and spiritual health
and, Compose an essay that integrates what has been learned in the classroom, ministry training and personal mentoring
